I joined SparkPeople in hopes of exercising and eating better. I feel good, though my mood is down. But, I’m gonna try and give it a good try. Hopefully I will be able to keep up with this attempt. I don’t sound very optomistic, because well, something always happens and everything goes to shit.

Not sure what to do. Therapy in an hour, will discuss things with her and see where I stand from there.

I just wanna feel human today… Not in a good space. : (
